Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through Sad Serenity Official Webshop (“we”, “us”, “the Shop”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products and Descriptions

Media Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, the actual color or packaging may vary slightly.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices: All prices are listed in EUR if not stated otherwise. Prices do not include shipping costs or potential customs duties.
Payment Methods: We accept PayPal and advance payment. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping and Global Delivery

We ship worldwide. However, please note:

Customs & Duties: For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Packaging: LPs are shipped in reinforced cardboard mailers to prevent corner dings and seam splits.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Standard Returns: You have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt.
Exclusions: To prevent "buy and copy" abuse, sealed CDs and LPs cannot be returned once the shrink-wrap or seal has been broken, unless the item is defective.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a cracked CD case or a warped record):

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
We will offer a replacement (if available), a partial refund, or a full refund upon return of the item.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the items ordered.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Breisach am Rhein.
